The Relationship Manager is your liaison to our client and will:

  • Ensure you are satisfied and that the assignment meets your expectations
  • Provide consistent contact on a monthly basis to discuss updates, projects and any support needs
  • Manage the associate and client feedback process
  • Provide updates to you regarding Thompson Technologies
  • Facilitate exit interviews after the project and determine next steps
