Summer is in full swing, and I find it a great time to reflect and re-energize. With kids back to school, do people still feel like it’s summer?This month, our feature article encourages IT leaders to take a closer look at their retention strategies by enhancing their career path program. Also in this issue is a blog answering the question: how do you establish credibility with stakeholders? Finally, we talk to Thompson’s VP of Recruiting, Ari Waller who has helped grow Thompson Technologies to the company it is today, never settling for “good enough.”

The third quarter means it’s back to school for many Atlanta families. This year, Thompson Technologies volunteers were proud to support the Children’s Restoration Network (CRN) Back 2 School Campaign. An organization that works with local homeless women and children, CRN and its Back 2 School Campaign has collected school supplies and backpacks for children for the past 19 years. Thompson Technologies internal staff and consultants were able to provide a collection for children in need, filled with a variety of back-to-school necessities including rulers, notebooks, pens, pencils, back packs, folders, etc.
