1. Does Thompson Technologies offer referral bonuses?

   Yes.  You can earn up to $1,500 for a referral.  TTINC considers referrals to be one of our best sources for candidates.  If you you know a highly skilled IT professional, or a client who is looking for IT resources, we want to reward you for referring them to us.  Please contact your recruiter or Relationship Manager for more information.

2. How does Thompson Technologies keep in touch with the consultants?

   Thompson Technologies values our consultants and the role they play in our continued success.  It is important to us to maintain your satisfacation and give you every opportunity to excel in your career growth.  In order to do this our Relationship Manager is on staff to be an advocate for you.

   The Relationship Manager is your liaison between you and our client and his/her role is to:

   • Ensure you are satisfied and that the assignment meets your expectations
   • Provide consistent contact on a monthly basis to discuss updates, projects and any support needs 
   • Manage associate and client feedback process
   • Provide updates to you regarding Thompson Technologies
   • Facilitate exit interviews after the project and determine next steps
