Thompson Technologies 15th Anniversary
Thompson Technologies Celebrates 15-Year Anniversary
Integrity, Honesty and Respect Remain at the Core
A lot has changed in the IT community over the past 15 years. But what will not change for Thompson Technologies is our unmatched commitment to employees, clients and consultants. With the principles of integrity, honesty and respect at the foundation of our business, Thompson Technologies looks forward to continuing to do the right thing, carrying out honest, hard-work and providing unequalled service for the next 15 years and more.
As David Thompson, Founder and CEO of Thompson Technologies, shares, “We emphasize treating people with respect and dignity and have their best interests in mind.” And according to a handful of Thompson Technologies’ clients, consultants and employees — these words are genuine.
“[Thompson Technologies] is just easy to do business with. I’ve worked with them for 15 years and their high level of integrity shows in how they do business.”
Bruce Culbert, President, Cultech Executive Consulting
“I choose to work for Thompson Technologies because, as a consultant, I feel that they really look at who I am and what my capabilities are. I am doing something that I haven’t done before. Thompson saw my skills and allowed me to apply them in a new arena so I could grow more as a person and extend my professional connections.”
Blair Adelsky, Thompson Technologies Consultant
“I’ve been on assignment with one company through Thompson since 2003. When my original assignment was ending, they really made sure my needs were met. They don’t just go the extra mile; they knock themselves out for you.”
Linda Quass, Thompson Technologies Consultant
“Thompson always qualifies their requirements and asks for information that I might not have thought of. They keep a close finger on the pulse of our organization to make sure the candidates they present match with the pulse of what’s happening internally. Because of the way Thompson interacts with their consultants, they tend to stay on their projects and have much less fall off.”
Mark Strader, Manager, Talent Acquisition, LexisNexis
“I believe that providing quality resources for clients in a professional and consultative nature will allow Thompson to continue to remain on a successful track for the next 15 years.”
Mark Gannon, Thompson Technologies
“Thompson Technologies puts me first by ensuring that I am happy and successful in my role. They support their employees through continuing education, training, seminars and lunch & learns held in the office. They invest in their employees and their success.”
Kim Rowley, Thompson Technologies
Thompson Technologies is grateful for the opportunities we’ve shared with clients over the past 15 years. Many of our experiences since 1995 have been “firsts” in the IT marketplace – like leading a team of technical and functional consultants to launch Chrysler’s first interactive kiosk in the Mall of America. Other opportunities have turned into long-standing, valued relationships with admirable companies like Chick-fil-A for whom we have served as their preferred staffing partner since 2001 and maintain a mutually respected relationship. All in all, our success since Thompson Technologies’ inception is in thanks to our clients, consultants and the Thompson Team who afforded us a chance to make a difference. Following are highlights of a few notable experiences over the years:
- Several Thompson Technologies Associates traveled to Hollywood to implement the first live cybercast of the Grammy’s.
- Selected as the 46th fastest growing privately-owned company in America by Inc. 500 and named as one of America’s fastest growing IT Staffing/Solutions firms by Purple Squirrel for two consecutive years
- Recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as well as one of Atlanta’s 50 fastest growing privately-owned companies and one of the Top Ten Best Places to Work in Atlanta in the Small Business Category.
- Chosen as national staffing partner for several large companies, including Chick-fil-A, IBM e-Business, The Home Depot, The State of Georgia Department of Revenue, HP’s Consulting and Integration Division, Sun Trust Bank and TSYS, to name a few.
- Associates in Atlanta and New York designed and implemented the Web site for the New York Stock Exchange; and associates helped design, develop, implement and support an in-store interactive music delivery system for Starbucks Coffee.
